How to book a workshop.
You can book online, using the "book now" button, choosing your required workshop and/or course and pay via a banktransfer. Alternatively, you can pay via cheque or cash. Please note full payment is required in advance. You will receive a confirmation via email after your payment. If an invoice is required please request.
What if you need to cancel.
If you find yourself unable to attend your booking and it’s more than 7 days in advance, we can offer a refund minus 30% for administrative fees or you can transfer to a future workshop free of charge. If cancellation is within 7 days of your workshop unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. You are welcome to send a friend in your place though - just let us know of the name change please.
What if we have to cancel.
It is very unlikely that we would cancel a class/workshop but all of our workshops or classes require a minimum number of students to allow them to run and so if we do not have the numbers required and we have to cancel the class we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer a full refund or a transfer to another class. If Sew Creative Zone does have to cancel a course/workshop we will not accept liability for any other costs incurred by the student other than the course/workshop fee.
