An exciting day workshop which is part of the Stroud Textile Festival. There will be an introduction into freehand machine embroidery and an exploration of colour and texture using a variety of fabrics and examen its qualities. We will be using imagery and photos as inspiration for your fabric creations which will be composed and layered before being stitched over using machine embroidery, hand stitch and collage. Suitable for any level.
